About the role

Functional Specialist - CRM role at Silver Fern Farms Ltd. Reporting to the ERP Team Leader, the CRM Functional Specialist plays a key role in supporting, enhancing, and optimising our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM CE. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring CRM solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned to business needs. From configuration to user support, data quality, releases, and training, you’ll be central to how the platform delivers value across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline functional support and guidance for Dynamics 365 CRM CE users
• Configure CRM modules, dashboards, workflows, roles, and permissions
• Support enhancements, integrations, and low-code customisations
• Deliver training, documentation, and user adoption support
• Collaborate on CRM projects, upgrades, testing, and release management
• Champion best practice, data quality, and system optimisation

This role can be based from either our Dunedin or Christchurch Hubs.

About You

You’re a customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for enabling others through technology. You understand how CRM platforms drive commercial outcomes and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to solve problems and improve experiences.

You Will Bring

If you enjoy delivering solutions that enable people and improve business processes, and have experience supporting a D365 CRM CE solution, this role may suit you well.
