Responsibilities

Welcoming customers to the trade counter with a friendly smile and building great relationships with them

Picking, processing orders and ensuring customers leave with what they need

Growing sales through upselling products, sharing promotions and encouraging repeat business

Ensuring the trade counter and showroom are presented professionally

Qualifications

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Trade or retail sales experience is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right person

A friendly, can-do attitude – you love helping people

An eye for detail, who likes to get the job done

Reliable and hardworking – you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves

Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
