Inwards Team Leader

Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a background in pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inwards Team Leader to oversee the receiving function within our pharmaceutical distribution centre.

Reporting directly to the Warehouse 2IC, you will lead and work alongside a small team (5–6 people), ensuring that all incoming stock is handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with strict regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and support the inwards team to receive and process incoming pharmaceutical goods in line with GMP / GDP standards
• Oversee unloading, inspection, and booking in of stock with high attention to product integrity and expiry management
• Ensure accurate data entry into warehouse systems and maintain up-to-date records for audit compliance
• Enforce safety, hygiene, and regulatory protocols within the warehouse
• Support the Warehouse 2IC with daily reporting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide training, guidance, and day-to-day supervision to team members
