The role

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Coordinator to join our OnAccount team. Ideally, you will have a couple of years of experience and are ready to take the next step up in your career. As a Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of a variety of software solutions for large and small clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail oriented person who enjoys variety and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software development and implementation projects of different sizes for a small development team across a variety of clients and our standard product.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Proactively coordinate project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and our customers.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, manage customer support systems, and ensure timely response and resolution.
• Oversight of the system release process.
• Maintain our product and client documents and knowledge base.
