Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant to manage our front desk and provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, possessing excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Reception Duties :

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

  • Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and order.
  • Handle visitor arrivals and notify relevant staff.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, or water to guests as needed.
  • Administrative Support :
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

  • Maintain office supplies / pantry inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and room bookings.
  • Assist in handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Maintain and update employee and company records as needed.
  • Travel & Logistics :
  • Arrange employee air tickets, hotel bookings, and restaurant reservations.

  • Process e-VISA applications for business trips.
  • Manage courier services, mail distribution, and record‑keeping.
  • Employee Support Services :
  • Assist with onboarding / resignation formalities.

  • Print employee name cards, stamps, and other materials.
  • Perform general ad hoc admin duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Requirements

  • Education : Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience : 3+ years in office administration.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power‑Point).
  • Organized with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Attributes : Detail‑oriented, proactive, and service‑mindful.
