Bookings Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Bookings Coordinator to join our clinical operations team and support us to deliver a seamless experience for patients undergoing surgery at Allevia Hospitals. Based at Allevia Hospital in Epsom , this is a permanent part‑time (0.8 FTE) position, with 8‑hour shifts rostered between the hours of 6 : 30am – 4 : 30pm, Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities

• liaise with surgeons and their secretaries to manage surgical operating lists
• facilitate patient bookings according to surgeon lists & theatre availability
• identify, communicate and assist with patient's special requirements & needs
• obtain and collate relevant patient information required for their surgery
