This is a permanent, part-time position with the following hours of work :

• Friday & Saturday : 4pm to 12 : 30am

We're seeking a vigilant and proactive Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. Your main focus will be preventing theft and ensuring the safety of our staff and customers.

He kōrero mōu ake - About you

Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, is beneficial but not required. Ideally, you will have good communication skills and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods. Additionally, experience in conflict resolution and de-escalation, along with the ability to stay calm under pressure, would be beneficial.
