Role

We are seeking a passionate and engaging

Part-Time Retail Associate

to join our OPSM team in

Albany

for

28 hours per week

You will be involved in the customer's journey from initial consult and pre-testing, to customising high-fashion frames (from luxury brands such as CHANEL, Tiffany & Co. and Gucci) to suit their lifestyle.

Responsibilities

Engage customers and support them through the eyewear journey, from consult to fitting and post-purchase care

Assist with product recommendations and demonstrations of lenses and frames

Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements

Retail experience – optical desired but not essential

Strong communication skills and a quick learner

Passion to help others see the beauty in life
