With a growing pipeline and a technically respected leadership team, they arenow seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead their electrical discipline and drive excellence across public and private sector builds.
This is a senior leadership and delivery role where you’ll take ownership of electrical design, project management, and client engagement. You’ll lead the NZ electrical team, drive design excellence, and contribute to their growth across key sectors. You’ll be involved from early design through to taking ownership for the full delivery of projects, ensuring quality, coordination, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design and delivery across building services projects
- Manage design coordination with other disciplines and consultants
- Oversee QA, documentation standards, and technical excellence
- Mentor and inspire junior engineers and contribute to team growth
- Liaise with clients, manage relationships, and identify new opportunities
- Support business development and contribute to their market presence
- Ensure financial performance and resource efficiency across projects
- Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Services or equivalentChartered Engineer status (or working towards)10+ years’ experience in building services electrical engineeringStrong technical knowledge across vertical and horizontal infrastructureExperience with Green Star, Homestar, WELL, and sustainability frameworks (desirable)Proven leadership, client management, and project delivery skillsGrowth mindset, attention to detail, and excellent work ethicWhy Join?
