Education for Ministry (EfM) are seeking a Communications Facilitator!

Education for Ministry (EfM) is looking for a dynamic and creative Communications Facilitator to join our team!

Education for Ministry is a non-denominational trust providing theological education focused at lay people.

Are you passionate about promoting theological education and engaging with diverse communities?

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategies to increase the EfM profile and involvement.
• Facilitate workshops promoting EfM, both online and in person.
• Arrange meetings with ministry educators and stakeholders to promote EfM.
• Design and collaborate with designers to publish EfM promotional material.
• Work with website designers to review and update the EfM website.
• Explore and manage social media options for EfM users.
• Monitor other forms of theological education and keep the Board informed.
• Promote the formation of new groups and help with their promotion.

Temporary self-employed contract position.

Up to 300 hours at the Living Wage Rate over 8 to 10 months.

Working from your home.

Starting February 2026.

Travel throughout New Zealand required.

You will need to be a self-starter and able to develop a plan for how you will achieve objectives.
