Now, we're looking for a dynamic,driven individual to take the reins of our Drive Thru Trade Operation and supportour trade growth strategy in Southland.

About the Role :

As our Head of Trade Operations, you'll be the heartbeat ofour drive-thru trade yard, leading a team of up to 15 people to deliverexceptional service to our trade customers.

This is a hands-on leadership rolewhere operational excellence, customer focus, communication and teamdevelopment are key.

You'll be responsible for :

Leadingand motivating the drive thru team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Ensuringsmooth and efficient stock management and order picking operations.

Drivingprocess improvements and maintaining high operational standards.

Buildingstrong relationships with trade customers and suppliers.

Creatinga safe, productive, and positive work environment.

We're after someone who :

Hassolid experience in the building or trade industry.

Isa natural leader with excellent communication and people skills.

Thrivesin a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Isphysically fit and comfortable with manual handling and forkliftoperation.

Isproactive, solutions-focused, and passionate about delivering results.

Roster & Hours :

Mondayto Friday with weekend work as required

40hours per week
