Team Leader, Fleet Services

As a Team Leader, Fleet Services you will be responsible for quality control and people management of the Fleet Services function, managing team performance, and acting as the business conduit between the Fleet Services unit and the rest of SG Fleet.

You will work closely with the National Manager Service Operations, support strategic plan implementation, and drive continuous improvement of the business unit.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage Fleet Services team to ensure effective operation.

Drive a strong customer service culture, delivering on KPIs and high customer satisfaction.

Train, coach and motivate the team, fostering collaborative leadership and communication.

Recommend and implement process and system enhancements for increased productivity and accuracy.

Support the customer complaint process.

Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and other internal departments.

Monitor, record, analyse and report on activities, trends and results.

About You

Sound experience as a people leader, demonstrating coaching and development.

Experience in customer service and / or negotiating with suppliers.

Analytical, resourceful, perseverant, and accountable problem-solver.

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

High level of attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office suite.

Ability to resolve customer problems quickly and effectively.

Excellent listening skills and clarifying communication.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills; meets deadlines and reports progress.
