Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders, combined with analytical skills and interpersonal competence, is essential.Key skills and experience include : A degree in business or a related field (professional audit / risk qualifications like Certified Internal Auditor, NZICA, ISACA are desirable).5+ years' experience in audit or risk management.Understanding of organisational strategy, public sector requirements, and political contexts.Excellent report writing, problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail.Ability to engage and influence at senior levels with a collaborative approach.Knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, tikanga Maori, and effective engagement with iwi and hapu.
