Are you able to :

• Contribute to a team culture of relational trust and ensure that staff feel valued, appreciated, and their pastoral care needs are met
• Develop to add value to our te āo Māori programme, giving effect to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
• Embrace communication strategies and relationships to enhance student learning
• Add to a school culture to enhance teaching and learning - in particular AfL strategies
• Provide and drive equity to enhance a learning environment in which there is an expectation that all students will experience success
• Contribute to collaborative planning and spiral of inquiry processes
• Be responsible for ensuring the balance of relational trust, high expectations and accountability are met by participating in our professional growth cycle and ensuring that it informs professional practice
• Ensure resources are used effectively to enhance student outcomes
• Embrace and implement formative assessment, ongoing tracking, monitoring and reporting processes
• Embode our values of kindness, respect and resilience
• Collaborate positively, celebrate and problem-solve with a passionate team of educators, students, and community to design and implement the new curriculum refresh in line with our local curriculum.
