We have a proud reputation for technical excellence.As a Service Technician in the Christchurch branch, you will be a key member of the Crosscom Technical Services team.

You will work hands-on with clients across industry sectors, understanding their needs and requirements to set them up for success.

Your role will involve servicing and maintaining both new and existing clients, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Crosscom technology.

You will provide consultative advice on utilization and optimization, making productive recommendations to support business development goals at CSE Crosscom.What We Are Looking ForTertiary qualifications in Engineering or Certifications in Electronics & Communications, RF engineering, or related fieldsPrevious experience in a client-facing environment involving Radio, Wireless IP Networking, Microwave technology, CCTV, PAGA (Analogue, P25 & DMR experience highly favorable)Knowledge of Auto Electrical processes for Radio installation in vehiclesExperience managing radio programming, testing, and maintenance of code plugsProven experience in a Technician / Service role with high-level customer serviceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all business levelsStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, fault-finding, and decision-making skills to provide expert solutions, often in time-critical situationsIn return, CSE Crosscom offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career as our business expands nationally.
