HSE Advisor F / M

We’re looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to join our Auckland Airport Project team, in this complex and dynamic environment. You will be an integral part of our on-site presence, supporting the delivery of health, safety and environmental initiatives and activities, in line with industry standards.

About the role

• Provide HSE support across the Project and Operations & Maintenance teams
• Lead site safety initiatives, actively participate in toolbox talks and pre-start meetings
• Conduct safety-by-design assessments and ensure compliance with national standards
• Monitor and report onsite HSE performance
• Investigate incidents and develop corrective action plans and assist with injury management
• Liaise with various stakeholders i.e. client, tier 1 contractor, subcontractors and internal teams
• Uphold industry safety standards in line with legislative requirements

Hours : This role is based on site, generally working Mon–Fri (but required flexibility to work weekends and nights as required)
