Job Summary :
Our client is a leading international specialist with LED lighting technology.They are looking for a proactive and creative Sales & Marketing Lead Specialist to drive our clients growth by doing Pre-Sales and Campaign activities.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify market trends, projects, and client opportunities in the Australia and New Zealand Market.
Analyse data on architects, designers, and developers, lighting consultants to identify high-potential accounts.
Finding new leads by contacting architects, designers, lighting consultants, distributors. You are not selling the products.
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation.
Someone who has passion for art and design, lighting and is good at storytelling is a bonus.
Segment and priortise leads based on potential fit with companies product portfolio.
Plan and execute digital and event-based marketing campaigns tailored to the Oceania market.
Coordinate with HQ in Singapore and regional teams on campaign materials.
Develop compelling, localised marketing materials aligned with companies brand and design story.
Work closely with Account Managers while providing updates related to leads and Channel Partners to align marketing and sales efforts.
Brand Storytelling : Present companies value propositions through engaging narratives, presentations, and events.
What you will bring here :
2-4 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, B2B industry.
Must have good communication skills and must know how to speak and write good English.
Proactive, curious, and self-driven to find new leads by approaching different ways.
Strong Analytical skills and data analysis interpretation is a must for this role.
Organised and detail oriented.
CRM expertise ( Sales Cloud via SAP, Mailchimp, Eventbrite)
Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Design, or related field experience
Interest in architecture, design, or lighting is a bonus but not compulsory.
This is a Junior to Mid-level role not for senior Manager.
Must be Australian Resident or Citizen to apply or someone with proper working rights to work in Australia only.
