They've cultivated a supportive and collaborative atmosphere where people are encouraged to solve complex problems together and take real ownership of their work.Your RoleTaking ownership of the full development lifecycle – from analysis and design through to development and testing of new features.Focusing on backend and system integration to build reliable, efficient, and scalable solutions.Investigating, diagnosing, and resolving issues within the production environment.Actively contributing to a culture of quality by participating in peer code reviews.Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Collaborating closely with your cross-functional team, including QAs, Product Owners, and other engineers.Your FitA minimum of three years' commercial experience in a backend-focused role using C# and .

NET.Demonstrable experience with a major cloud provider (they use Azure, but AWS or GCP experience is also valued).

A solid understanding of modern engineering practices, including CI / CD, code reviews, and writing unit and integration tests.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex challenges.A proactive attitude and a desire to take initiative rather than waiting for direction.A genuine growth mindset and the ambition to develop into a Senior Engineer.Applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
