About The Role
The main purpose of this position is to schedule patients appropriately for clinic appointments at Tauranga Hospital in line with the Ministry of Health requirements.
This role requires excellent administrative skills, attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to problem solve and think outside the box. It is an important part of a team who work closely together and with multiple stakeholders across Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty.
It will also require a high level of flexibility as it will be providing support across the whole Paediatric scheduling team as required.
