Job Description

• Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
• Develop working relationships, problem‑solve and drive projects to successful completion
• Manage the design process to achieve the client’s requirements and manage expectations
• Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, cost‑saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
• Manage project safety and environmental requirements
• Manage project timelines, risks and reporting
• Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep the budget on track
• Engage with marketing and business development initiatives
• Coordinate vendor scope with overall project delivery
• Execute contracts : draft contract documents in strict accordance with approved legal templates and ensure effective and timely document processing and management
• Bring strong communication, conflict‑resolution and negotiation skills
