    The Role

    In the role, your direct report with be with the Regional General Manager who will look to support you in your new position.

    The position of Holiday manager will include -

    Driving commercial growth through proactive property acquisition and owner retention

    Develop and build strong relationships with homeowners

    Collaborate with central teams to optimise pricing and booking performance

    Lead, coach, and develop a local team to deliver consistent operational standards

    Manage vendor relationships, expenditure, and community engagement

    Represent the company within local tourism, business, and community networks

    About You

    Experience in short-term rentals, hospitality, real estate, or tourism

    Proven commercial and operational leadership, including P&L management

    Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills

    Strategic thinker with a practical, action-oriented mindset

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
