Sales Administrator - Seeka Fresh (Fixed Term)

SeekaFresh is looking for an organised, proactive and confident Fresh Market Sales Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term contract (30 hours per week) covering maternity leave . The Role

As the hub of our fresh market operations, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our orders, stock, customers and partners are supported every day. Your responsibilities will include :

• Processing customer sales and coordinating daily orders
• Preparing and organising dispatch notes for driver pickups
• Managing buyer confirmations, vendor returns and stock write-offs
• Processing credit notes for crates, pallets and pricing discrepancies
• Providing friendly, efficient customer service across fresh market channels
• Working closely with growers, sales teams, SmartFresh and external stakeholders
• Managing supermarket print runs, Foodstuffs store communications, POs, BCTIs and credits
• Overseeing Costco admin including documentation, repack dockets and delivery bookings
• Ensuring all paperwork—receipts, loadouts, credit requests and manual dockets—is accurately filed
• Coordinating transport bookings with carriers and supporting overall sales / dispatch needs
