What You'll Be Doing

  • Executive Support : Manage diaries, emails, travel, and meetings with precision and professionalism.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships across the business.
  • Project & Operational Support : Help drive key initiatives, track deliverables, and prepare high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Facilities Oversight : Ensure our clinics are safe, efficient, and well-maintained by coordinating with contractors and managing budgets.
  • Administrative Excellence : Keep our records, systems, and events running like clockwork.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years\' experience in executive support or senior administration.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a keen eye for detail.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive mindset.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and business applications.
  • A current driver\'s licence and willingness to travel across the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Lakes, and Taranaki regions.
  • Bonus points if you\u2019ve worked in healthcare, radiology, or multi-site environments!
