A clinicallead position in the community portfolio.
You will clinically lead ateam of employees and contractors to ensure kiritaki and the interdisciplinaryteam receive psychology support in a comprehensive and timely manner.
Part-time / full-time / contract providers with experience in working on ACC contracts(Concussion, Neuropsychological Assessment, Training for Independence,Psychological Services, Behavioural Support Services).

You would be partof a collegial and supportive group of psychologists, working alongside highlyskilled and professional rehabilitation medical specialists, nurses,physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech-language therapists.
ABIis known for our multi and interdisciplinary teamwork.We are keento recruit psychologists with both adult and / or paediatric experience.
Our growing team ofin-house clinical and neuropsychologists has peer group support in place.
Youwould have the opportunity to contribute to rehabilitation service planning andpromotion, ongoing training and development of fellow team members, andclinical research.We require a high standard of work and in returnare committed to our kaimahi and offer flexible working hours.
We offer a pathway to support registration under theneuropsychological scope of practice with the NZPB, for clinical psychologistswho intend to enrol in the Otago Post Graduate Diploma in Neuropsychology.

About you?
Successful applicants will have a postgraduatequalification in psychology and be registered with the New Zealand PsychologistBoard.
You should have, as a minimum, formal post graduatepaper(s) in psychology, minimum of one year's work experience in mental health(or a related field), and a special interest in working with kiritaki withbrain injury and their whanau.
For the rightcandidate, we could provide supervision and training to become an ACC NamedProvider for Psychological Services and / or Neuropsychology contracts.
Applicants for Clinical Lead position would have atleast 5 years post graduate work experience with kiritaki with neurological disordersand have worked under the ACC Psychological Services or Concussion contracts.
