Job descriptionDeliver engaging and meaningful lessons tailored for Y7-8 students. Foster student ownership of learning, self‑discipline, and collaboration. Implement the Learn to Learn framework to develop effective learning strategies. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent teaching practices across the campus. Encourage inquiry, creativity, and real‑world problem‑solving skills. Small class sizes – focused and supportive teaching environment. Minimized pastoral responsibilities – dedicated student support on campus. State‑of‑the‑art facilities & technology – modern classrooms, industry‑leading online learning tools, and strong IT support.
