The Position
As a Support Worker, you will be supporting others to maintain a high quality of life and home environment, while encouraging full participation within their community.
A POOL staff member works across a variety of homes and shifts that we have available due to annual leave and training.
This position means your shift pattern may change from week to week; you are provided your schedule in advance.
Availability
You must be available to work all shifts, weekdays and weekends and have availability over the Christmas and New Year period.
This position is fixed term from November 2025 until February 2026, start and finish dates negotiable.
You will have / be
Flexibility to work all shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepovers and wakeovers)
Availability over the Christmas and New Year period is essential
Able to carry out personal cares
Hold a current full driver's licence
Caring and kind in nature with integrity that can provide support to those from all walks of life
This role may close earlier if the right applicants are found.
