- The OCD Delivery Lead is a strategic partner that provides support to uplift regional and district Organisational Development capability with the provision of expert advice, implementation of key Health NZ programmes, enabling facilitation and coaching to support the organisational development needs of districts.The OCD Lead is the champion and vital connector across districts in the region, ensuring teams, leaders, and workforces are informed and can prioritise and access key Health New Zealand development programmes within their areas.
By offering advice and guidance to leaders, it connects across all aspects of organisational culture and development, with a strong emphasis on utilising online learning and engagement tools.
