Reporting to the Applications Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and operational management of Avanti Group’s Loan Origination and Treasury Management systems. You’ll also support key system interfaces, ensuring they perform reliably and securely for both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Configuring, maintaining, and managing loan management, treasury management, and reporting systems.
• Monitoring application health, performing checks, and resolving issues to minimise disruption.
• Providing technical support for interfaces, including overnight and scheduled jobs.
• Managing user access and conducting regular security and permission reviews.
• Supporting system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate system documentation and configuration records.
• Partnering with business owners on application roadmaps and ensuring data integrity.
• Building strong relationships with vendor support teams to resolve issues effectively.
