We’re looking for a Sous Chef to step into a key leadership role at one of our Wellington-based venues . If you’ve got the skills to lead a busy kitchen, inspire a team, and deliver consistently outstanding food – we want to hear from you.
What you’ll bring :
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef (or a strong CDP ready to step up)
- Leadership qualities – you support and guide your team under pressure
- Confidence managing service, stock, and kitchen operations
- A commitment to quality, creativity, and consistency
- Flexibility with rostered shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A strong understanding of food safety and compliance
