OverviewSupport Worker - Forensic Rehabilitation (Awake night shifts) at IHC GroupRole : Support Worker - Forensic Rehabilitation (Awake night shifts).

Location : Albany, Auckland.

Shifts : Awake nights from 10 : 45pm to 7 : 15am, with potential to pick up some day shifts.

Type : Permanent, part-time – around 40 hours per fortnight (4x nights per fortnight).

ResponsibilitiesOn night shifts at a secure facility, manage risk and maintain safety throughout the night.Monitor the people we support and assist with individual needs when required.Provide clinical support, vocational opportunities, and life skills programmes as part of a 24 / 7 rehabilitation service.What you will bringLife experience with the ability to stay calm and stand strong in challenging situations.Calm nature, resilience, and confidence to work with challenging behaviours.Physically fit and able to perform in high-pressure environments.Open-minded, non-judgmental approach to working with diverse individuals.Comfortable and proficient in using computers and tablets daily.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Full NZ driver's license or ability to gain this within 6 months.What's in it for you?
