Software Engineer - AI Systems

Job descriptionDevelop and support robust, high-performance systems for machine learning applications. Utilize coding agents to perform realistic coding tasks on real-world codebases. Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance system performance and reliability. Contribute to open source projects and share personal projects on GitHub. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines and improve AI model performance. Extensive experience using coding agents like codex, claude code, etc. Fluent in Rust, JavaScript / TypeScript, or Python. Computer Science degree from a prestigious university in the U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand. Located in the U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand. Exceptional attention to detail and rigorous problem-solving skills. Excel in both written and verbal communication. Contributions to open source projects. Extensive work on robust personal projects shared publicly on GitHub. $70.00 / hr - $100.00 / hr
