This is a unique leadership opportunity for a visionary educator ready to shape young adolescents during a pivotal year. We are implementing the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP) , offering an exciting chance to integrate leadership within an internationally-minded framework.

Key responsibilities and expected outcomes :

• Curriculum Leadership : Plan and deliver engaging learning programmes that are meaningful and fun, focusing on strong outcomes in literacy and mathematics .
• Administration : Manage cohort budgets , RAMS, and EOY Y8 events. Be prepared for all critical meetings with key personnel .
• Collaborative Impact : Collaborate with the team, students, and parents to promote the best student outcomes (academic, social, and emotional).
• Student Wellbeing : Demonstrate a strong commitment to student wellbeing and inclusive practices , ensuring all students feel valued and supported.
• School Culture : Uphold the school's special character and culture , embracing the co-curricular life with a willingness to dive into extra-curricular activities.
