Duty Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a Duty Manager to help keep the store running smoothly day‑to‑day. It’s a hands‑on role where you’ll be supporting the team, keeping the store looking sharp, and making sure every customer gets genuinely good service.

What the role involves

• Setting the tone on shift and supporting the team
• Keeping all departments running well and jumping in where needed
• Merchandising and maintaining presentation standards
• Helping customers and solving small problems on the fly
• Closing the store securely and setting it up well for the next day

This isn’t a clipboard management role. You’ll be shoulder‑to‑shoulder with the team, leading by example.
