Portfolio Performance Analyst – 12 months fixed termTranspower New Zealand invites applications for a Portfolio Performance Analyst to support the Operations Process & Technology Improvement (OPTI) Investment Delivery Manager.ResponsibilitiesDefine, monitor and analyse investment portfolio metrics for multi-year projects.Collaborate with portfolio delivery managers in ICT to define portfolio performance KPIs.Partner with the Data & Analytics team to assess data availability in Transpower's cloud data warehouse, identify gaps and develop a remediation plan.Design, build and progressively roll out Power BI dashboards to report on portfolio performance.Support strategic decision-making and drive portfolio optimisation.QualificationsOutstanding experience creating dashboards utilising Power BI from multiple data sources and the ability to present evidence and insights in a visually appealing, clear and concise way.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey findings and recommendations to a wide audience.Exposure to or understanding of a project-centric environment and / or MS Project.Strong problem-solving and analysis skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues affecting portfolio performance.Commercial and financial acumen with a delivery focus.A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.Next StepsApplications will be reviewed as received.
