Marketing Manager

Location : Ponsonby, Auckland

Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid

About the role :

Looking to build your marketing career in a purpose‑led environment where education changes lives? We’re looking for a driven and creative marketer to join our passionate in‑house team and help bring our campaigns to life.

You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing and Campaign Manager to plan, deliver, and optimise marketing activity for our New Zealand brands— including NZMA, The New Zealand Institute of Sport, The Culinary Collective.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on integrated campaigns in collaboration with the Senior Manager and partnering agencies.
• Develop engaging content for digital channels and student communications.
• Briefing and designing creative for print, digital, and OOH assets.
• Supporting web content updates and copywriting.
• Creating engaging nurture email campaigns for prospective and current students.
• Overseeing the coordination and delivery of key events such as open days and expos.
