Project Administrator (Fixed‑term Contract)
Madison Recruitment is seeking a detail‑focused Project Administrator to support our client’s Delivery team on a fixed‑term contract until October next year, starting ASAP. This role is critical in coordinating activities and providing document control support to ensure the effective delivery of complex projects within a large industrial environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and support project administration across a multi‑project programme.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and compliant with programme requirements.
- Carry out project support activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide essential documentation and certification to customers to enable safe and efficient delivery.
- Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation.
- Engage effectively with team members and stakeholders to deliver programme objectives.
About you
Previous experience in project administration or coordination, ideally within an operational, engineering, or industrial setting.Strong communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with multiple stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word.Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.A proactive, improvement‑focused mindset and ability to prioritise competing tasks.What’s on offer
