Job description

Are you confident operating machinery and passionate about maintaining high-quality sports fields? We’re looking for a Turf Technician to join our team and help keep North Shore’s sports grounds in top condition.

About The Role

Maintain turf across various sports fields – mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and pest control.
Operate a range of machinery including tractors, sprayers, and mowers.
Work independently most days, with occasional team collaboration.
Travel across North Shore to service key sports facilities.

About You

Experience in turf maintenance, farming, orchards, or similar machinery‑heavy roles.

Skills : Confident operating large machinery; Class 2 license preferred.

Qualifications : Certificate III in Sports Turf Management (AHC31324) and advantage or equivalent experience.
