Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site job in Auckland, New Zealand.

The Foundation Remediation Specialist will conduct foundation inspections, execute foundation repairs, re-level homes and concrete structures, and perform retaining wall repairs.

The specialist will also receive training in our Geofix ground injection solution to understand and apply these techniques.

Clear communication with clients and weekly reporting are essential responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Conduct foundation inspections and assessments.

Execute foundation repairs and re-leveling operations.

Repair retaining walls and apply Geofix ground injections.

Prepare and deliver clear written reports and weekly status updates.

Qualifications

Experience in Foundation Repair and House Re-Leveling.

Concrete Re-Leveling an advantage.

Skills in Foundation Inspections and Retaining Wall Repair.

Knowledge of Geofix Ground Injection and Seawall Repair.

Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) qualification in the Foundations category.

Experience in civil works.

Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear, written reports.

Ability to work effectively on-site in Auckland, New Zealand.

Prior experience in similar roles is highly regarded.
