We’re searching for a visionary Team Manager, Digital Motor Assessment to lead the move towards seamless, no-touch digital motor assessments that wow customers and streamline supplier processes. You’ll lead a high-performing team of digital motor assessors, coaching and inspiring them to hit targets on repair costs, speed and quality while delivering exceptional service for our customers and communities.

• Lead a high-performing team of digital motor assessors and coach them to achieve targets on repair costs, speed and quality
• Drive the adoption of seamless, no-touch digital motor assessments
• Partner with suppliers to deliver outstanding results and improve processes
• Ensure exceptional service that gives customers peace of mind
