About the Role
In this Customer Service and Community Support role for the Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora Waitematā Bowel Screening Programme (BSP), your primary responsibility will be contacting South Asian and Indian participants prior to receiving their first bowel screening kit, encouraging them to complete and return the test kit and answering any questions they may have about the process, as well as follow up with participants who havent returned their kits.

About Us
The National Bowel Screening Programme is free for people aged 58 to 74 years. It aims to save lives by finding bowel cancer at an early stage when it can often be successfully treated.
Health New Zealand Waitematā provides health services to approximately 650,000 residents of the North Shore, Waitakere, and Rodney areas. It has the largest population of any district health area.
