Responsibilities

Create and update SAP master data for grants and funds (e.g. WBS, fund, cost centre) in a timely manner, upon stakeholder request and in accordance with SOPs.

Verify the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents, and liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.

Ensure documentation and supporting materials (e.g. Letter of Award, supporting emails) are well organised and maintained.

Perform updates of WBS status as required.

Regularly perform checks on master data, identifying irregularities and engage relevant stakeholders for resolution.

Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications in Accountancy or Finance with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Meticulous, organised and possess strong communication skills.

Experience in master data management and knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
