We’re looking for a proactive and energetic HR Advisor to support our diverse team across West Auckland. In your role, you’ll provide expert assistance with recruitment and provide guidance on employment relations, performance management, on-boarding and other employee lifecycle events. You will also play a part in maintaining and updating HR systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy and will be integral to championing our culture and engagement.
About you
- Proven experience (min 2 years) in both generalist HR and recruitment
- Confident drafting and issuing HR documentation - including Employment Agreements / Variations to Employment
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident with HR and recruitment systems and processes.
- Positive, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within a supportive team
