About the Role

We are looking for a Contract andCompliance Manager to join our Supply Chain team. Reporting to the NationalTransport Manager, this role is critical in fostering a culture of safety andhigh performance across our national transport network.

The successful candidate will managecontractor relationships for our network of approximately 60 third-partytransport partners operating from 17 depots nationwide. They will be committedto ensuring our teams and sites deliver safe, high-quality products tocustomers every day—while creating an environment where everyone working on oursites can return home safely.

This role goes beyond compliance. It isabout driving best-in-class performance and continuous improvement in health,safety, food quality, and regulatory standards. Success will come throughregular site visits and inspections, as well as strong relationship buildingand stakeholder engagement.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and champion Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Chain of Responsibilityinitiatives across the national transport network.
• Build and maintain strongstakeholder relationships , ensuring transportcontractors and facilities management providers consistently meet performanceexpectations and comply with health, safety, food quality, and regulatorystandards.
• Act as the primary point ofcontact for transport providers, facilitating clearcommunication between contractors, internal teams, and customers. Provideafter-hours support when required to maintain service continuity.
• Drive optimisation andcontinuous improvement projects , identifyingopportunities to enhance efficiency, safety, and overall performance.

Formal qualifications in Supply Chain orrelated fields desirable.
