The role of Group Manager - Sales and Customer Engagement is pivotal in the delivery of our strategic growth objectives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to grow customer engagement and satisfaction.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, delivering tailored solutions.Lead cross-functional teams to enhance customer offerings and supply chain efficiency.Provide regular performance reporting, identifying areas for improvement.Review and improve practices, processes, and outcomes to embed best practice and innovation.Qualifications10+ years in senior management with demonstrated leadership capability.Strategic thinking, planning, and critical thinking skills.Strong financial and analytical expertise.Ability to influence, build relationships, and deliver innovative solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills.You will be an experienced senior leader with strong commercial acumen and a proven record of sales success in transport, logistics, or a related sector.At Linfox, we believe in developing and supporting our people.
