Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Auckland, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves identifying and building relationships with new clients, developing business strategies, and expanding the company’s client base. The candidate will analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies, and ensure consistent client satisfaction. The role also includes meeting sales targets and representing Mega Finance professionally.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development, account management, and client relationship management skills.
  • Sales, lead generation, and market analysis expertise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a hybrid work environment.
  • Experience in the financial or mortgage industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
