Bidfood has a great opportunity for a permanent position in our distribution team.

We are seeking applications for a suitably qualified individual to join the team in the position of Driver / Store Person.

There are 2 positions available

Wednesday to Saturday role 6am – 3 : 30pm and a Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday role.

both roles are 36 hours.

What will you be doing?

The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver our goods to customers, utilizing our fleet of vehicles.

Safe loading and on-time departure of delivery vehicles as required.

Safe delivery of goods to each of our customer sites.

Ensure deliveries are made in full, on time and in accordance with our customers' requirements.

Ensure that the vehicle remains fit for purpose for the next day or driver.

What you need to bring to Bidfood

Be physically fit – frequent lifting of up to 25kg.

Minimum Class 1 driver's licence with experience.

An understanding of food warehousing & distribution.

Loading trucks for dispatch, when required.

Reliability and punctuality.

Ability to work unsupervised.
