Due to growth they are looking for an experienced Development / Construction Manager to lead the initiation, management, and completion of commercial & residential property development projects.

This position is across both residential & commercial construction developments, to be successful you will need experience across both sectors.

To be successful in this position you will have 7+ years property development in New Zealand.

• Please note, this position is based in the Hawkes Bay and will require relocation
