We're looking for a motivated Management Accountant to join our Wellington team.

Reporting to the Financial Business Partner - Team Lead, you'll turn numbers into insights that make a real impact.

Working with a team of finance professionals, you'll support business units with analysis, reporting, and advice, and communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders — many of whom are non-financial — making your ability to translate insights just as important as your technical skills.

What you will bring

You're a numbers person who loves to dig into data and spot what others might miss — but you also know that great accounting is about people and purpose.

You may have a couple of years' experience under your belt and be ready to step into a role where you can take on more responsibility and see your work have a real impact.

To Succeed, You'll Bring

A degree in finance, accounting, or business, with some professional experience.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidence with accounting systems and Excel.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to translate financial insights for non-financial stakeholders.

A proactive, adaptable mindset and a genuine desire to keep learning.
