Positive EmployeeFeedback

One of our locum consultants recently shared their positiveexperience :

  • I finish here tomorrow after3 months working in the Forensic Service.
  • The service is well-resourced withvery capable multi-disciplinary teams who work hard to support our clienteleand each other.

Because of the level of resourcing, the risks arewell-mitigated which makes it a safe place to work.

Even working for just a fewmonths, I find that psychiatrist input is very much appreciated by the teams. There are now good Health Learn resources to help a non-forensic psychiatristget started and the teams were very helpful at getting me up to speed as well.
