Assistant Lead Test Engineer - Functional & API testing (TES)We are hiring an assistant manager for our test engineering team with excellent manual and automation skillsRole & ResponsibilitiesAssist the Test Manager in effort estimation, resource planning, and scope definition for new releases and projectsAnalyze requirements and collaborate with BAs, developers, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage and clarity of acceptance criteriaLead and guide the QA team in test design, execution, and defect managementDesign and implement API testing using tools such as Postman, or equivalentEnsure adherence to test processes, maintain traceability, and improve testing efficiencyPerform hands-on functional, regression, and integration testing as neededParticipate in reviews of test deliverables, automation frameworks, and continuous improvement initiativesRepresent QA in project ceremonies and stakeholder discussions when delegated by the Test ManagerTrack, report, and communicate QA status and risks effectivelyRequirements8-10 years of experience in Software Testing, including both manual and automationStrong coding fundamentals in Java or C# and clear understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principlesProven experience in API testing (manual) – must have worked with REST APIsExperience with Web (Selenium / Katalon) or Mobile (Appium / Katalon) test automation – good to haveSound understanding of STLC, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle managementExperience with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, TestOps, or JenkinsAbility to work independently, lead smaller QA efforts, and coordinate with cross-functional teamsSoft SkillsStrong ownership mindset — able to take initiatives without constant supervisionComfortable managing priorities and interfacing directly with project stakeholdersCollaborative yet assertive when driving QA standards and process complianceApply NowNOTE : It only takes a few minutes to apply for a meaningful career in HealthTech - GO FOR IT!!
